明川桜の里に田んぼをお借りして、お米作りをしています(´▽｀)
農業に興味のあるスタッフが作業に加わり、少しずつ整備を進めています(*´ω｀*)
田んぼの作業を進めていると、沢山の生き物に出会えます♪
カエルやイモリ、ドジョウetc…🐸
明川では、田んぼを営む方の減少に伴い水場が減り、蛍の数も減ってきていました…
ですが、昨年から一部の田んぼをお借りし、サンバードスタッフがお米作りを再開しはじめると、蛍の数も少しずつ復活してきました(*^^*)
生物多様性の為にも、明川桜の里の田んぼをよりよい田んぼにできるよう頑張っています!!!
ゆくゆくは、お客様のお食事にご提供できるように、沢山の美味しいお米を作っていきます♪
